Driving Lessons in Burmese & English

17 YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL TEACHING EXPERIENCE

D-Tech Burmese Driving Instructor Sydney

Are you looking for a Burmese driving instructor here in Sydney who understands your language and culture? As a proud Burmese professional based here in Sydney and the founder of D-Tech Driver Training, I combine 17 years of professional teaching experience with a deep commitment to our community. I provide structured, patient instruction in both Burmese and English to ensure you feel 100% comfortable behind the wheel.

Many of my successful students were born in Burma (currently called Myanmar), or are second- and third-generation individuals with parents from Burma. Beyond this, I actively assist community members and refugees settling in Sydney, including members of the Rohingya, Karen, Kachin, Mon, Rakhine, Shan, Wa, and Pa-O communities. Many of these success stories are visible on the D-Tech Driver Training Facebook page under photos.

Most of my word-of-mouth students come through referrals from the Australian Rohingya Community, the Burmese Christian Church Sydney, and the Burmese Community Development Collaboration (BCDC), as well as Burmese settlers who have arrived via Singapore, Malaysia, and New Zealand.

D-Tech Driver Training is fully committed to helping you whether you speak fluent Burmese, just a little bit, or if you grew up here and are much more comfortable speaking Australian English.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better driving instructor. John was always calm, patient, and easy to talk to, which made every lesson feel comfortable and enjoyable. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel discouraged when I made mistakes.

One thing I really appreciated was that he didn't just stick to the basics—he challenged me to become a better driver every lesson. He pushed me out of my comfort zone when I was ready, helped me work on areas I found difficult, and always encouraged me to keep improving. That balance of support and challenge really helped build my confidence behind the wheel.

You can tell John genuinely cares about his students and wants them to become safe, capable drivers, not just pass their test. If you're looking for someone who's friendly, reliable, and invested in helping you succeed, I'd highly recommend him.
